So playing catch-up to what's already been reported by the IPKat, Techdirt, Likelihood of Confusion, the WSJ Law Blog, the WSJ proper and BBC News, on December 9th the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit heard oral arguments on the Bratz appeal and issued an order staying the district court's order and ordering the parties to mediation.
